Styrian Pumpkin Seed Oil

Styrian pumpkin seed oil impresses with its strong, nutty aroma and rich green colour.
The black gold, as we also colloquially call it, can only be extracted from the oil pumpkin. For a litre of pumpkin seed oil, pumpkin seeds are required in about 2.5 kg. For this, about 25 to 35 pumpkins are necessary. The dried cores are then stored temporarily and cold pressed if necessary.
