{"id":1529,"date":"2026-08-08T23:23:48","date_gmt":"2026-08-08T21:23:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shop.besteskernoel.at\/?page_id=1529"},"modified":"2026-08-08T23:23:48","modified_gmt":"2026-08-08T21:23:48","slug":"right-of-withdrawal-for-consumers","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/shop.besteskernoel.at\/en\/right-of-withdrawal-for-consumers\/","title":{"rendered":"Right of Withdrawal for Consumers"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Right of Withdrawal for Consumers<\/h1>\n<h2>Information on the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<h3>Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n<p>A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity.<\/p>\n<p>You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n<p>The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods, where you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered together;<\/li>\n<li>on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last goods, where you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately;<\/li>\n<li>on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, where you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items;<\/li>\n<li>on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the first goods, where you have entered into a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period of time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wechtitsch Andrea<\/strong><br \/>\nG\u00fcndorf 44<br \/>\n8553 St. Johann i.S.<br \/>\nAustria<br \/>\nTelephone: +43 (0)3456 3990<br \/>\nEmail: <a href=\"mailto:office@besteskernoel.at\">office@besteskernoel.at<\/a><\/p>\n<p>You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but you are not required to do so.<\/p>\n<p>To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.<\/p>\n<h2>Effects of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.<\/p>\n<p>We shall not reimburse any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.<\/p>\n<p>We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
